I mean yeah sometimes you get orange coolant, but this is definitely a rust/ water mix.

As daft as it sounds I have no hosepipe or outdoor tap here so itd be hard to flush it out. Im just going to change it a few times over the next few months to dilute down the junk suspended in it.

Its fine. If you are really worried, strain with a coffee filter and top off with stagnant water. The white smoke means it is protecting your headgasket.
